Subscription Fulfillment:

1. I subscribed for 1-year, how many issues should I receive?
   • You will receive a total of 12 issues (once a month)
2. I just subscribed to Trends Magazine. How long before I receive my first issue?
   • Your CDs will arrive in the mail no more than 3 weeks from the time the subscription order was placed.
   • If you subscribed online, you will receive links to your first issue along with your confirmation email.
3. When will I receive my Bonus Material?
   • Bonus Material usually takes 6-8 weeks from the time the subscription is paid in full.

1. When does my subscription to Trends Magazine expire?
   • To check the status of your subscription, please go to My Account.
2. How do I update the my shipping/billing address?
   • To check the status of your subscription, please go to My Account.
3. How do I change my email/username and/or password?

Missing an issue?

1. If you did not receive your latest issue of Trends Magazine, please send us an email and we will resend it.

I downloaded the PDF/MP3 files but cannot open them

1. In order to open PDF files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To download the free version of the program, please go to www.acrobat.com.
2. In order to open MP3 files, you must have MP3 compatible software applications such as Windows Media Player, WinAmp, iTunes.

Enable "Session Cookies"

In order to access trends-magazine.com, you must allow your browser or firewall to accept session cookies.

How to add trends-magazine.com to your list of allowed "Session Cookies" in Internet Explorer:

1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
2. On the Privacy tab, make sure the slider is not set to Block All Cookies.
3. Click on Sites button.
4. Type audiotech.com in the Address of Website and click on Allow. Repeat this step to add trends-magazine.com.
5. Hit OK to close window.
6. Hit OK once again to close the Internet Options window.
7. Restart Internet Explorer by closing all browser windows.

How to add trends-magazine.com to your list of allowed "Session Cookies" in Firefox:

1. In Firefox, click Options in the Tools menu.
2. On the Privacy tab, select Cookies tab then click on the Exceptions button.
3. Once a new window opens, type audiotech.com in the Address of Website field and hit Allow for Sessions. Repeat this step and add trends-magazine.com.
4. Click OK to exit the Options window.
5. Restart Firefox by closing all browser windows.

How to add trends-magazine.com to your list of allowed "Session Cookies" in Zone Alarm/Pro:

1. In Zone Alarm, select Privacy tab and then select Site List. Look for www.trends-magazine.com in the list of sites.
   • If www.trends-magazine.com is listed:
     1. Highlight www.trends-magazine.com and click on Options button.
     2. In the Cookies tab, UNCHECK Block Session Cookies and UNCHECK Block 3rd Party Cookies.
     3. Click OK to close the window.
   • If www.trends-magazine.com is NOT listed:
     1. Click on Add button, type www.trends-magazine.com in the URL field and click OK to close the window.
     2. Highlight www.trends-magazine.com and click on Options button.
